Driveway Parking

Full Life, Full Driveway?

Just a reminder to all our residents who have more than 3 vehicles but do NOT have a long driveway:

In Coyote Hills Greens must park all their vehicles either IN their garage or their driveway at all times!

If you have more than 3 vehicles and do not have room in your driveway to fit them all, you may obtain special permission from the Board of Directors to park those additional vehicles in open-air parking.

Landscape Maintenance Reminder

Please be reminded that all trees/landscape including shrubs, flowers and grasses should be maintained in your property and should not touch the fence, roofs, balcony and walls of the building. Thank you for your cooperation.

Wood Repair and Repainting

The wood repair and repainting of the exterior building started July 2022 and is expected to be completed by December 2022. You will be receiving a notice specific to your building five days before work begins on your building. Please direct all your construction-related inquiries to your project Foreman, Arturo. Exterior Wood Inspection

The Board of Directors has contracted Rayco Exteriors to perform exterior wood inspections in the community. The inspections are scheduled on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. Notices will be posted on each unit.
