Please be reminded that all trees/landscape including shrubs, flowers and grasses should be maintained in your property and should not touch the fence, roofs, balcony and walls of the building. Thank you for your cooperation.

The wood repair and repainting of the exterior building started July 2022 and is expected to be completed by December 2022. You will be receiving a notice specific to your building five days before work begins on your building. Please direct all your construction-related inquiries to your project Foreman, Arturo. The Board of Directors has contracted Rayco Exteriors to perform exterior wood inspections in the community. The inspections are scheduled on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. Notices will be posted on each unit.

This notice is to inform residents who have not have their annual termite inspection of another opportunity to schedule their appointment. To schedule mandatory inspection, please call Rodent Pest Technologies at (888) 583-9717 to confirm your appointment.
