NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP
Pursuant to Civil Code Section 5115(b), Notice is hereby given at least thirty (30) days before the ballots are to be distributed, that the annual meeting of the members of Coyote Hills Greens Homeowners Association will be held:

Members may request individual notice of meetings by making the request in writing to management.

At the meeting, there will be a vote of the membership, via secret ballot, to elect directors to the Board of Directors and to determine the allocation of any excess operating funds at the end of the current fiscal year. The Ballot may be sent or hand delivered to the Inspector of Election, c/o Action Property Management, 320 Commerce, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92602. All ballots must be received by September 27, 2026.

At the Annual Meeting, additional nominations will be taken from the floor for candidates to serve on the Board. Each nominee will be given a chance to present a brief speech on his/her qualifications for consideration.
IT IS IMPORTANT that you either attend the Annual Meeting or return your Ballot since a quorum (51% of the voting power of the members – 41 members) must be present either in person or represented by secret ballot to conduct the annual meeting. (Bylaws, Article III, Section 6)
Members of the association may call a subsequent meeting (an “adjourned meeting”) at least 20 days after the scheduled election if quorum is not reached, at which time the quorum will be 20%.
Ballots will be distributed approximately 30 days from the date of this letter. If quorum is achieved and Directors are elected, there will be an Organizational Meeting of the Board of Directors immediately following the Annual Meeting to appoint officers.

Annual Tree Trimming
Tree Pros scheduled to begin the annual tree trimming Thursday, May 28, 2026. Crews will be working in the community from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, (weather permitting). You are required to avoid parking near the posted notices, and along any streets in the community, during the scheduled times.
Annual Termite Maintenance
The Coyote Hills Greens Board of Directors has contracted Accurate Termite and Pest Control to conduct the annual termite inspections and treatments starting April 6 to April 14, 2026.
Please be sure to take advantage of this service.
